Love 4 Colour ships throughout New Zealand, including rural addresses.

Processing Times
Personalised and made-to-order items are generally completed within 7–10 days before shipping. Some items may be completed sooner. If you require your order by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order.

Ready-to-ship items will be prepared for dispatch as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Additional charges may apply for rural delivery.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are in addition to our processing times and may vary depending on the courier and your location. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

Digital Products
Digital designs are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Checking Your Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact Love 4 Colour as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has gone missing, please contact Love 4 Colour so we can help look into it.
