Welcome to Love 4 Colour. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Orders
Love 4 Colour offers personalised and custom-made gifts, ready-to-ship products and digital designs.

We make every effort to display product colours, designs and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, materials used and the handmade nature of some products.

Personalised Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details when ordering, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colours, photos and any other requested information.

Please carefully check your information before submitting your order. Love 4 Colour is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Personalised and made-to-order products are generally completed within 7–10 days before shipping unless otherwise stated.

Customer-Supplied Photos & Images
Where a product allows you to upload a photo or image, you confirm that you have permission to use the image for the purpose of creating your order.

Customer-supplied images will only be used as reasonably necessary to fulfil your personalised order.

Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Love 4 Colour website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required when placing an order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include Afterpay.

Shipping
Love 4 Colour ships throughout New Zealand, including rural addresses. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Processing times are separate from courier delivery times. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical product will be shipped.

Digital designs purchased from Love 4 Colour are for the usage permitted in the relevant product listing. Digital files may not be resold, shared, distributed or claimed as your own unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Personalised items generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind once production has begun. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by New Zealand consumer law.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to Love 4 Colour, including original product photographs, branding, written content and original designs, may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes or provide false or misleading information when placing an order.

Changes to These Terms
Love 4 Colour may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be available on this website.

New Zealand Law
These terms are governed by applicable New Zealand law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
